The paper sculpture work of Sher Christopher is truly outstanding. Sher graduated from the University of Wolverhampton with a BA(Hons) in Three Dimensional Design.  Each of Sher’s sculptures is unique, using papers collected from around the world and nothing else – just paper!

Each sculpture is unique and is a response to the exploration of paper as a permanent sculptural medium. Paper is a beautiful medium to work with and the challenge and joy lie in creating truly three-dimensional forms from something that is ordinarily flat. Each sculpture has a strength and permanence created by manipulating a medium that is often assumed fragile and transitory and, with an understanding of construction and form, each sculpture is created without the use of other materials.
